Raw, all natural venison trotters (Sold /kg)
Should be fed as a recreational chew bone
Hormone and antibiotic free
Contains meat, skin, fat and bone. Trotters are packed with collagen excellent for joint health and benefiting mobility.
May be served as an occasional treat, and once the skin, meat and fat has been eaten, the remaining bone can be made in to a nutritious bone broth.
Trotters satisfy a dog’s natural instinct to chomp and chew. They engage a dog’s attention, and massage gums and clean teeth – great for both mental and dental health. Chewing releases endorphins in the brain and nervous system, making dogs, quite simply, content and happy!
IMPORTANT NOTE: These are dense weight bearing bones. We therefore suggest always feeding them along with/following a meal of boneless muscle meat, tripe or offal and always under supervision. These particular bones may or may not be the best choice for your individual animal; it’s important to fed the right raw meaty bones that match best to the eating style, size and digestion of each individual animal.
TIP: Great item to use if you make your own bone broth
Please take note of the following:
- Never Feed Cooked Bones
- Never leave a dog unattended with a bone
- Always feed bones appropriate to the dog’s age, size and breed
- Separate when feeding dogs in a multi-dog household
