We’re so happy to have you here. Here’s what you can expect when placing your first order with us:
HOW YOUR ORDER WORKS
Once you have checked out and requested a Sales Order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.
We will then confirm product availability and stock. As soon as your order has been confirmed, we’ll email you an invoice including the applicable delivery fee and payment details.
Payment is required prior to delivery on all orders.
Your delivery date will be confirmed once your order has been accepted, payment has reflected in our bank account, and the order has been scheduled in accordance with our current delivery schedule.
A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
Please remember that online orders are not processed or attended to over weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be attended to on the next business day.
We are also able to offer the following convenient options for collection to our fabulous customers:
- Collect your orders from our cold storage premises in Bredell Kempton Park (trading hourse strictly Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm)
- Collect your orders from The Carniraw Pet Deli in Rynfield, Benoni (trading hours 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, 9am – 1pm Saturdays. CLOSED Sundays and Public Holidays)
- Arrange an Uber/Bolt/Courier collection (at your own cost and risk)
