How to Order


Your delivery date will be confirmed as soon as your order is confirmed with payment.

Please note that we do not process or attend orders over a weekend.


Cash payments are not permitted

Once your order has been received and is being processed, you will receive an invoice with our banking details.


We will be using a refrigerated courier service for all Carniraw deliveries in 2021.

Shipping costs are fixed for Gauteng and surrounds

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery on the delivery date.  It is difficult to give an exact time for deliveries due to the number of deliveries on the route schedule.

If access codes are required, please whatsapp them to 083-305-6798 on the morning of delivery

As all food is fresh and frozen, kindly make sure that it is possible for your order to be moved to the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Covid precautions in line with current regulations

In support of social distancing, all deliveries are contactless without exception.

Boxes will be placed on a surface indicated by you, the driver will then back away and allow you to check your order yourself.

If you or anyone at your designated delivery address are experiencing any symptoms, or if you have been positively tested for Covid-19 and you are in isolation or quarantine, kindly inform us timeously so that we can notify delivery staff and minimize exposure/risk
