You will receive a confirmation that your order has been submitted and is being processed.
Once stock has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice (including delivery fee) for payment
Your delivery date will be confirmed as soon as your order has been accepted and confirmed, with payment reflecting in our bank account and will be in line with the current delivery schedule.
We require payment prior to delivery on all orders.
Please note that we do not process or attend to online orders over a weekend or on public holidays.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CARNIRAW.
Once your order has been received and is being processed, you will receive an invoice with our banking details.

As a small business, we work hard to provide the best service and quality products, while maintaining fair and sustainable pricing. In order to continue doing so, we are implementing (or reinforcing) the following payment policy:
🔹 All invoices are to be paid upon receipt.
🔹 Orders will only be confirmed for delivery or collection once payment has been made.
🔹 This applies to both new and existing clients.
We truly appreciate your understanding. Prompt payment allows us to manage stock, production, staff, and suppliers responsibly — and ensures that we can continue to serve you reliably and consistently.
We do our utmost to ensure that delivery takes place within 48 hours of your order being confirmed and payment reflecting in our bank account, schedule dependant.
We make use of refrigerated courier services for all Carniraw deliveries. This is in order to preserve the cold chain and to ensure the integrity of our products, with full traceability from our logistics partner.
The current delivery schedule covers Gauteng only however we are able to send small parcels to Durban and Cape Town and other outlying areas by special request. Should this be applicable to your order, you will receive correspondence from us with the applicable charges PRIOR to your order being confirmed.
As at 1 March 2026, shipping costs are R250.00 including Vat for orders up to 100 kilograms, thereafter a surcharge of R1.75 excluding Vat/kg will apply. (This fee may change without notice). As of Monday, 16 March 2026, there is a fuel surcharge applicable to all deliveries via our logistics partners. The fuel surcharge w.e.f 14 May 2026 will be R34.50 (inc VAT). At this time, the base delivery fee has not been adjusted and please be assured that we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will review the surcharge in conjunction with them as market conditions stabilise.
As all food is fresh and frozen, kindly make sure that someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date and that it is possible for your order to be moved to the freezer as soon as possible. It is difficult to give an exact time for deliveries due to the number of deliveries on the route schedule.
COLLECTIONS
Collection from our Deli premises in Rynfield Benoni OR our Cold Storage premises in Bredell is available as a selection on checkout of your cart.
All of our frozen goods are brought to you by The Frozen Food Courier in and around Gauteng. Deliveries are offered on a daily basis in Zones 1 to 3, based on Courier Availability. Zones 5 to 7 may take 5 to 7 working days.
