Description
Eco-Vet Colostrum Powder is a South African registered nutritional supplement (Reg No G3252) designed to support the immune system, skin health and general vitality in both dogs and cats. Formulated around bovine colostrum, it acts as a rich natural source of protective immunoglobulins (antibodies) and growth factors.
Unlike pure colostrum powders, Eco-Vet employs a comprehensive multi-vitamin and amino acid approach. Each serving includes added L-Lysine (which provides powerful anti-viral support, especially beneficial for feline herpesvirus management) alongside a full spectrum of vitamins to optimize coat and skin nutrition.
- Immune Support: The natural antibodies (primarily IgG) help the local gut immune system defend against bacteria, viruses, and toxins.
- Skin and Coat Vitality: Added B-vitamins, Vitamin A, E, and Biotin ensure that the skin barrier receives targeted, structural nourishment.
- Digestive Health: Helps manage minor, stress-related digestive upsets by reinforcing the cellular wall of the digestive tract.
- Breeding Support: Frequently used by breeders to support pregnant or lactating mothers and ensure the vitality of healthy litters.
